Residential Lighting

Residential lighting affects virtually everyone and is often overlooked when it comes to design. Effective residential lighting provides sufficient illumination to perform household tasks. It can and should be comfortable, easily controlled, and energy efficient.
The LRC investigates energy-efficient technologies and lighting design issues related to residential lighting. The Residential Lighting section of the Energy Efficiency program provides useful information and photos of effective residential lighting
