Join Chaos Group V-Ray Master Trainer Simeon Balabanov for a demonstration of what makes V-Ray 3.0 for Maya ready for battle. Through production-quality scenes he will present V-Ray 3.0 for Maya`s Faster Ray Tracing and Rendering Performance, the powerful new Progressive Image Sampler, the dramatically faster hair rendering, improved Ray-Traced Subsurface Scattering (SSS) and the new VRaySkinMtl Shader, the new Phoenix FD Shaders with support for OpenVDB and Field3D. You will also learn about production focused tools like Max Ray Intensity, Probabilistic Light Sampling, Render Masks, the added OpenColorIO, GGX, OpenEXR 2.2, Ptex compatibility and the support for Bifrost and XGen Maya 2015.

Who is Presenting
 Simeon Balabanov is a 3D professional with more than 10 years` experience in the field of 3D modeling and rendering. Before joining Chaos Group, he worked as a CG Supervisor at some of the biggest animation studios in Bulgaria. Simeon joined the Chaos Group 3D team in 2012 and since then he is one of the company`s top presenters focused on V-Ray for 3ds Max and V-Ray for Maya. He holds a Bachelor`s degree in Industrial Engineering from Technical University - Sofia.
